A city with a Story
The Department of Culture and Art of the Jerusalem municipality, Eden Ltd and City Center representatives offer:
An illustrated story with seven installments displayed on the buildings of walls in the center of Jerusalem.
The writer Gil Haraben wrote an original story for the City of Jerusalem called The Offer – a romantic comedy in seven installments – and seven highly talented Jerusalem illustrators were selected to draw the story. Each illustrator concentrated on one chapter of the story and using their unique styles drew their creations.
The illustrations were printed and hung on large spaces and are located on seven walls of public buildings in the center of the City of Jerusalem.
On Paamonim Jerusalem Hotel there are two chapters of the story and we are proud to be part of this wonderful venture which is a unique decoration on the walls of our hotel.
Passerbys are enthralled with these original creations – the story and the illustrations which together with the magic of the City of Jerusalem make a love story.
Go out and walk in the streets of Jerusalem and look for the illustrated story!
The orange signposts are at eye level and will help you to walk through the pages of the story – that is – through the streets of the city.
You can join a guided tour of the Story of the City or to take a walk by yourself through the pages of the book using a map.
