Our Accessibility Convention

At Paamonim Hotel Jerusalem, we make every effort to serve all populations, including guests with accessibility needs at any level.

Our hotel is housed in an ancient building, and in places where we have not been able to achieve optimal physical accessibility, our staff service is there to assist in its place.

Entering our hotel involves a small ascent. We have a ramp as well as staff who have received relevant training. You can call reception or make an appointment with us in advance, and we will assist with entry.

The route to the elevator is accessible, as well as the elevator itself. The dining room is accessible, and movement around the hotel is adjusted and accessible.

The elevator buttons are lit, and when needed, there is a public address system.

On the reception floor there are disabled services, an induction loop for guests with hearing impairments, and the possibility of a computerized dialogue if necessary.

We have an accessible, wheelchair-friendly room, which must be requested at the time of booking.

Our hotel is located in the city center, which is closed to private vehicles, so we have no parking at all, neither regular nor disabled parking.
