The Story of Paamonim Hotel Jerusalem

Paamonim Hotel Jerusalem is a family business, run by a brother and sister whose different backgrounds shape the way every guest is looked after.

Anat, a trained organizational psychologist, brings a close attention to people, what they need, what makes them comfortable, and how to anticipate it before they have to ask. Her brother Tzli, who spent years managing businesses in food and beverage, brings the practical experience of hospitality itself, how to make a room, a meal, or a welcome feel right. Together, they run the hotel the way they’d want to be hosted themselves.

That sense of family extends past the two of them. The staff have become an extended family in their own right, and so, for the length of a stay, do the guests. It’s the idea behind our motto:

“May all who enter as a guest leave as a friend.”

A Location Chosen on Purpose

We believe a real stay in Jerusalem means being part of the city, not tucked away from it. That’s why the hotel sits in the city center: above the pedestrian zone, close to the light rail, with Machane Yehuda Market behind us and the Old City within walking distance. Cafés and bars sit right below our balconies, so the city is never far from your room.
